MY BACK!!!!

So I'm home sick today because my back is killing me. How can I function in life without my back??? I cant lift my baby, I cant lift steel, I cant play, I cant live the way I want to live. This is the worst and it just keeps getting worse. I attempted physical therapy...worse pain, I attempted a chiropractor...even worse pain. What now? Im only 31 and I feel old and broken.
